Our advice to you, is to be 100% sure you need an electronically part and or completely test your appliance before you order replacement parts that you do not need.
This will save you and us time and money.
 

Our Policies:
MOST orders from Climate Control Systems (CCS) may be
returned within 30 days for a refund. In order to return or exchange
(under the Return guidelines described below) all or part of your order,
you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Email return  and fill out this RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
( Please Provide your order #, Part # and reason for return in your email to obtain an RMA# from an CCS representative.


All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including
manuals, accessories, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly
printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of up to 15% of the cost of items returned.

A copy of your Invoice and photo copy of your Credit Card Sales draft must be included with returned item(s)

CCS is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.
Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that
packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure
delivery. Since CCS cannot provide credit for a return without
confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that
can be tracked and or insured. 

Some Electrical parts may not be Returned, In some cases CCS will take a Electrical part back if it has not been connected to an appliance.
We will test the electronic part before CCS will give a refund less up to 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of testing and Credit card processing fees..

Shipments OUT SIDE OF THE USA
Climate Control Systems will not refund Shipping or Foreign Duty tax/Brokerage Fee if any on Return orders.
