Water
Spreader: Even water distribution over the pads plays a critical
role in the efficiency of a cooler. The Breezair® exclusive non-clogging
spreader design ensures continuous water movement and provides even water
distribution and pad saturation.

The Breezair series also features ChillCel™ pads, the evaporative medium that is rapidly becoming the standard in the industry, it provides maximum evaporating efficiency. The special design of ChillCel™ pads ensure that the water flows evenly over the entire surface of the pad and is directed towards the air inlet side the pad where most evaporation occurs. Chillcel™ pads are essentially self-cleaning, with dust and pollen particles being flushed away by water flowing over the pad and carried to the sump below. This increases the efficiency of the unit as well as prolongs the life of the pad. However, the Chillcel™ pad used in the Breezair goes one better. The Breezair Chillcel™ pad is the most efficient on the market. Only the Breezair uses a narrow flute version of this popular evaporative medium. This narrow flute provides twenty percent (20%) more surface area on which evaporation can occur. This means higher cooling efficiencies and a deeper temperature drop.

The
Breezair Water Manager electronically monitors water
quality by sensing total dissolved solids
in cooler sump.
Before impurities build-up inside the cooler, they are automatically detected
and replaced with clean water.
By doing so, cooling efficiency and pad reliability are increased, resulting in
decreased maintenance over time.

Leg
Supports: The Breezair incorporates the leg
supports within the unit, another first from Breezair®. The legs are
located in the support frame. Simply remove the screw holding them in
place and they drop down to the roof. Reset the holding screws and secure
to the roof and the job is done; making the Breezair the easiest
cooler to install on The market. It makes installation less expensive. The
contractor doesn't need to design or purchase separate leg kits or support
frames.
A Picture's Worth A Thousand Words
Aside from just looking good, there are a number of practical aspects to the design. First the pads are completely hidden from view. There is nothing more unsightly than pads laden with deposits. The low profile enables the Breezair to cool as discretely as possible and its unique shape makes it look like part of the home. The Breezair has in fact the lowest profile of any cooler on the market. No more "sore thumbs" sticking out from the rooftops.
Proportionally, the unit achieves the optimum width to depth ratio providing a compact, highly efficient shape. The curved rib feature on the pad frames eliminates the possibility of water spraying outside the unit.
