Virtually any installation requirement can be met with a Breezair® unit. The
Classic series stretches from an industry rating of 4000 to 8500, while the
Elite™ series ranges from 4500 to 7500 and above in time. Add this to
our exclusive line of accessories, available nowhere else, and Breezair® has
a line up equal to none.

Breezair® product line has been designed with three things in mind; quality,
durability, and low maintenance. Consumers over and over again tell us that

| Nothing
could be more true. Take a long look at the Breezair® Elite™
Series. What is the most striking features? The radical design, of course.
The smooth contour, the low profile, the rounded corners, the first
significant change from the old unattractive box design that has been
prevalent since coolers were invented. It shouts new, innovative, I am
something different. The Elite™ is the best looking unit on the
market. The design is so versatile that it blends beautifully with
traditional and modern rooflines.

| Aside
from just looking good, there are a number of practical aspects to the
design. First the pads are completely hidden from view. There is nothing
more unsightly than pads laden with deposits. The low profile enables the
Elite™ to cool as discretely as possible and its unique shape makes it
look like part of the home. The Breezair® Elite™ has in fact the
lowest profile of any cooler on the market. No more "sore thumbs" sticking
out from the rooftops.

Proportionally, the unit achieves the optimum width to depth ratio providing
a compact, highly efficient shape. The curved rib feature on the pad frames
eliminates the possibility of water spraying outside the unit. The sump at a
3.6 gallon capacity, the smallest in the industry, ensures a steady inflow
of freshwater lessening the build up of deposits on the pads.

The
Breezair® series also features ChillCel™ pads, the evaporative medium that
is rapidly becoming the standard in the industry, it provides maximum
evaporating efficiency. The special design of ChillCel™ pads ensure that the
water flows evenly over the entire surface of the pad and is directed
towards the air inlet side the pad where most evaporation occurs. Chillcel™
pads are essentially self-cleaning, with dust and pollen particles being
flushed away by water flowing over the pad and carried to the sump below.
This increases the efficiency of the unit as well as prolongs the life of
the pad. However, the Chillcel™ pad used in the Elite™ Series goes
one better. The Elite™ Chillcel™ pad is the most efficient on the
market. Only the Elite™ Series uses a narrow flute version of this
popular evaporative medium. This narrow flute provides twenty percent (20%)
more surface area on which evaporation can occur. This means higher cooling
efficiencies and a deeper temperature drop.

The
Elite™ Series also features the standard Breezair® product advantages:
- All plastic
construction: The Elite™ Series is built from
stabilized, UV resistant, structural polymer. It's a material so tough,
it's also used to make acid baths, battery cases and even parts of space
satellites. This plastic makes the Elite™ unit far stronger and
more durable than any metal cooler. It can't rust or corrode. Structural
polymers also help reduce noise levels. It generates less vibration than
metal covers and conducts less noise to the ductwork. Also, unlike metal,
plastic deflects heat and the air cools faster.
- All plastic
blower wheel: The blower wheel is a forward-curved centrifugal
fan of double width, double inlet design. The blades are of aerofoil shape
and staggered to provide smooth airflow with reduced noise levels. It is
molded in one piece from polypropylene and is inherently statically and
dynamically balanced. Being wheels which means that it generates less drag
resulting in longer motor life and can achieve designated RPM's more
quickly thereby using less energy.

Spreader: Even water distribution over the pads plays a critical
role in the efficiency of a cooler. The Breezair® exclusive non-clogging
spreader design ensures continuous water movement and provides even water
distribution and pad saturation.

- Leg
Supports: The Elite™ Series now incorporates the leg
supports within the unit, another first from Breezair®. the legs are
located in the support frame. Simply remove the screw holding them in
place and they drop down to the roof. Reset the holding screws and secure
to the roof and the job is done; making the Elite™ the easiest
cooler to install on The market. It makes installation less expensive. The
contractor doesn't need to design or purchase separate leg kits or support
frames.

The Breezair® Water Manager is a unique system that electronically
monitors the quality of the water flowing through the cooler. It introduces
fresh water whenever it's needed, to minimize salt and mineral build-up on
the pads-so they last longer with less maintenance. Where water quality
permits, Water Manager can also save significant amounts of water compared
with timed or continuous bleed systems. |
